Power blade hardness: The entire set of blades generally uses two materials to meet the needs of the operation. As it is soft tissue cutting, in order to achieve cutting continuity and consistency, the head hardness is generally between HRC 45-50 degrees, and the material is martensitic stainless steel. The cutting edge must be sharp and very tough, and the stable high-speed rotation and blade capacity are used to optimise the surgical condition.
Straightness of the tool body: The straightness of the tool body is related to the friction during operation. The greater the friction, the greater the frictional heat phenomenon. Due to the limitation of metal drawing tube materials, it is recommended to choose austenitic stainless steel, and the hardness is recommended to be around HRC30. When selecting the material of the tube body, we pay special attention to the combination of hardness and straightness. The tube body should not be too thin. As the metal drawing tube material is hollow, it is easy to rebound during the straightening process, so the material thickness is recommended to be around 0.3MM.
The power cutter head and the inner and outer blade bodies cooperate: first of all, the precise cooperation of the inner and outer double blades will effectively complete the cutting of soft tissues under smooth conditions. The smooth cooperation of the cutter head is very important for the hollow anti-shake design of the cutter body, but the hollow is not easy to enlarge.
